My name is Connor Ziman. I am a freelance Photographer, Videographer, and Graphic Designer. I also play varsity baseball and volleyball. I am also committed to Milwaukee Area Tech College to play baseball. Since high school, I’ve always wanted to have professional sports photos taken of me. Now being behind the camera I want to give athletes the joy of having pictures and videos of themself.

Since I was 4 years old I’ve always been into sports. Starting with soccer and tee-ball like every other kid. I stuck with baseball once I hit high school in 2020. I gained and lost different hobbies and interests throughout my freshman and sophomore years. I picked up a camera for the first time junior year. I had no idea how to use it at the time but through videos and pictures I’ve seen throughout social media, I had an instant passion.

I began researching videos on the basics of photography and started to become familiar with my camera and how to use it to the best of its ability. Combining that passion and sports was something that became the number one thought in my head. So, at the end of my junior year, I decided to pursue this passion. I created an Instagram and TikTok page where I upload all of my content for people to see. That summer I was hired by an AAU travel basketball team. When the season ended I instantly had clients. I shot a couple of baseball games at the end of that summer and got so much positive feedback it fueled my passion even more.

Right now I’m working under many schools, sports teams, and athletes (which you can see on my socials) and absolutely loving it. Teams headed to state got a hold of my work and reached out to hire me giving me the opportunity to shoot at the WIAA VOLLEYBALL STATE TOURNAMENT. I got to meet a ton of people and players and make great connections. Check out the volleyball tab for pictures from state. I had a great opportunity to job shadow the Milwaukee bucks G League(Wisconsin Herd) creative team as well. This upcoming summer I am also working for the Lakeshore Chinooks Baseball Team as a photographer and videographer!
